> And is there a fee for postage and packing?

Not for single orders, only for dealers.

UPDATE

Actually, I think some of the above information is now out of date, so, please go here for more accurate information. Sorry to be so confusing.

UPDATE UPDATE

Rule Dementia! is listed as sold out on the Rainfall site, but I have given permission for Rainfall to print more than the first print run. I believe that more copies will be printed soon, so please look out for further updates, or by all means make your own enquiries at Rainfall ([email protected]).

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE

Rule Dementia! has now been reprinted. You can order direct from Rainfall Books. The ordering information is here. At the time of writing, the book is listed as "Sold out". Needless to say, that's no longer true. You should also be able to order from Shocklines soon (say about a week from today, April 25th, 2007).

  1. Don’t know if I am the second, but I have placed my order!

In fact I wish I was not the second, that would mean that you have already sold quite a lot on preorder… Do you think that 200 copies will be enough, with your growing fame and all?

Waiting for it with impatience anyway.

  2. Thank you, ElHI.

I don’t actually know how many pre-orders there have been, but I think the book is gradually leaking out into the world.

There is actually the possibility of a second print run with this book, so if all two hundred copies sell out very quickly, that’s fine by me. I don’t really know if they will. I’m interested to see what reaction the collection will get, because I have had a lot more editorial control with this than I had with Morbid Tales. I think it’s a little different to that book.

  5. Hello Walter. As far as I’m aware, copies are still available from Rainfall Books. There was a bit of a hiatus in trading for Rainfall, but I think they are now returning to normal. I’ve heard recently that people have successfully ordered Rule Dementia! from them, anyway.Try this e-mail address:[email protected] for the interest!Quentin.

  6. Anonymous writes:Hello Quentin,I recently e-mailed Rainfall Records to see if they had any copies of Rule Dementia left, but received no reply. Has the second print run sold out? Thanks, Tim, Richland, WA

  7. Some people seem to be getting replies and some don’t. I’m not sure what the situation with Rainfall is, to be honest. I do believe that copies of the book still exist, though I can’t say for sure. I’ll try and get in touch with Rainfall again myself. If it turns out Rainfall are no longer selling books or Rule Dementia! has sold out, then the question should be only one of waiting (though I’m afraid I cannot say how long), since Chomu Press should be rereleasing the collection sooner or later.
