When I was in America I attended a very interesting exhibition of computer art, that is, art that involved computer graphics, video games and so on, and was struck by one exihibit called, I believe, 'Best Flame War Ever'. On a computer screen, a kind of Arcimboldo face made of computer game characters was talking, and beneath it were subtitles giving what it was saying. The subtitles – its script – seemed to have been lifted wholesale from some very heated flame-war probably from, I don't know, some RPG website message board somewhere. I remember such phrases from it as, "If you were standing in front of me right now, I would slap you so silly", and so on, but all in the context of very elaborate justifications, backstory and so on.
While surfing for hedgehogs on Youtube just now, I found what I thought was also a pretty good flame war:
