I went into the garage shop yesterday to buy some crisps and some chocolate and noticed a headline on the local paper that ran something like, "Drag queen floors thugs". It made me smile, and gave me a warm, brandy feeling inside, though the lady behind the counter didn't seem to understand what I found so amusing and uplifting.
I almost bought the paper just for that headline, but didn't.
Anyway, I'm slightly disappointed to learn that the 'victims' were not real drag queens (apparently). Here's the link to the story.
This kind of thing needs to happen whenever some tedious homophobic yob picks on someone in a tutu and a blonde wig.
They were drunk? I've never got into a fight because I'm drunk. No excuse whatsoever.
