I’ll do it

Someone just kindly sent me this, an article describing Japan Tourism Agency's prospective campaign to give away 10,000 free tickets to Japan:

“We are hoping to get highly influential blogger-types, and others who can spread the word that Japan is a safe place to visit,” said Kazuyoshi Sato, with the agency.

Sato-sama, Nihon he no kippu ha yoyaku dekimasu ka? Sakka to shite mo, ningen to shite mo, Nihon ni iku no ha Boku ni hitsuyou na koto da to shinjite orimasu. Onegai itashimasu. Quentin S. Crisp yori.

So, I'm up for it, if the whole thing gets the go ahead. Thanks.

  1. It’s too bad that Q has suddenly lapsed into his other language. Hopefully they will go ahead with this plan. I hope that Hanamaki didn’t get too badly damaged in that earthquake/tsunami. When I first heard about it, all I could think was that Miyazawa Kenji’s ghost must be terribly upset of the plight of his people. Hungry ghosts – hungry people.
